How to style A-line suade skirt

blogpost: How to style A-line suade skirt

A-line, suede skirt is basically the hottest trend for this autumn. You just have to have one in your wardrobe. It's such an easy item to wear and still will keep you warm. I especially like the Topshop tab button suede skirts. I think that they are just perfect for the time of the year when it gets a little bit cold outside and the colours are simply beautiful.
I've also tried my best to find affordable clothes to pair with the skirt so you could just simply recreate the outfit.

How to style silver clothes

blogpost: how to style silver clothes

Styling silver clothes can be really tricky, you do not want it to be too loud. A metallic jacket, worn on the shoulders, adds the edge to your outfit avoiding looking obvious. You may end up looking quite funny in silver so there are some tips to follow: don't add to much jewellery and keep your makeup and hairstyle as simple as it's possible. For a night time it's a good idea to incorporate black into your outfit as it will create that sexy but still safe look.

Affordable for autumn

Today's post is going to be a little different as I want to make this blog slightly more varied. I've said  in my previous posts that you don't have to spend a lot of money on clothes to look trendy and fabulous. I know that it's awesome to have Stella McCartney backpack or Valentino heels but if you are like me and you can't afford one it's nice to find a similar item that is also very chic but still good quality. That's why i thought to narrow down some of the autumn/fall 2015 trends that are reasonable price.

Military style

blog post: military style

Military style is perfect for daytime. Earth tone jacket teamed with tight jeans and suede boots creates a really nice, casual outfit. But you can sex it up for a night time of course.
Military clothes go great with any sort of black tops and blouses, but it makes them look a bit more edgy. But you can go for head-to-toe earth toned look wearing a jumpsuit/playsuit or a dress but you have to remember to mix different tones of green if you don’t want to look flat (for example to a light green shirt dress add a dark-toned belt.) For a daytime it’s nice to pair military items with leather and stripes or denim jacket but if you want to create a really chic night out set throw the military/camo jacket over a little black dress, add a nice bag and your favourite pair of heels and you are ready to go. Have fun with this trend! To be honest you can’t go wrong with that sort of clothes.

Get Ready for Autumn 2015 with Victoria Inspires

Autumn is probably my favourite season mostly because the weather. I feel like it's that time of the year when you can bring back your over-the-knee boots but still have some days to wear cute dresses and flats. Especially for you I narrowed down the newest trends to help you look trendy this fall. So lets get started!

The first thing that comes to my mind when I think about autumn is a knitted sweater. Nothing is more comfortable and stylish at the same time than an old, well-beloved jumper. You can style it with everything from washed boyfriend jeans to pencil skirts or nice, silk dresses. If you don't want to look too heavy then go for lighter colours just like in Ralph Lauren's collection.
The other item I simply cannot imagine fall without is a bomber jacket (this time especially a silk one.) I think it makes every outfit look fabulous. Just put it on a tank top and your favourite pair of jeans, simple as that.
Leather jacket is never out of style but this time the most trendy are these with shearling. My favourite is the one from Alexander McQueen but if like me you can't afford one I found a cheaper alternative from Yoins.
Fuzzy  coats will help you to stay warm in a cold, autumn day. I really like the fuzzy coats that was shown in Burberry Prorsum, Balenciaga and Valentino Pre-Fall Collections but if you don’t like them as much as I do then try a classic, oversized one just as in Isabel Marant Fall 2015 Ready-to-Wear Fashion Show.
Cigarette pants come in so many colours and patterns that I’m sure you’ll find an ideal pair for yourself. They are a great replacement for jeans and can be worn in a lot of different ways. They are just perfect for work wear or an evening outfit and I’m way too excited to wear them this season.
A line mini skirt can be worn all over the year: in spring with a floral blouse, in summer with crop top and throughout the winter with tights underneath but i feel like fall is the best time. Mini skirt is so easy to style and complete any outfit throughout the day.  It’ll look gorgeous with a knitted sweater and over-the knee boots, which are also must-haves for ‘when it gets colder outside’ time of the year. These boots are really stylish and sexy but you have to know the limits. When you want an ultra sexy look team them with a mini skirt but not too short (remember: it’s all about the right length). If you are not so brave then pair thigh-high boots with skinny jeans or leggings to create a casual but still very chic outfit.
Backpack is another must have, maybe because school starts soon (unfortunately) and it will be a great opportunity to rock the backpack. I really like the Falabella backpack from Stella McCartney. They are big enough to fit in all of your school essentials but still look really chic and settle.

All-black outfits inspired by Alexander Wang Fashion Show

Inspired by the Alexander Wang Fall 2015 Ready-to-Wear Fashion Show, I've decided to create some all-black clothes outfits. You may think "All black is boring and can look flat in he pictures" and I have to agree with this statement at some point. We get used to add wear all black with a pop of colour for example by adding a neon bag or bright heels, but I want to show you that it is not necessary. You can rock all-black outfits for everyday without looking boring. It's all about layering and putting together different fabrics. Mix leather trousers with denim jacket, ripped jeans with a funny t-shirt or silk jumpsuit with a leather jacket. Or as it was done by Wang in his fashion show:
"Wang gave the pieces energy by loading them up with hardware. Ball-chain trim decorated the velvet revers of a tuxedo jacket and a silk jacquard robe, and lined the curving seams of willowy sleeveless dresses with cutouts at the shoulders. Three columns of silver snaps marched across boxy jackets, and there was the occasional wallet chain attached to the waistband of cropped trousers. Quilted vests were modeled after bulletproof ones, but they'd shed any menacing undertones."
